96" 3-5/8" big bore cylinder & piston kit

Fits 84-99 Evolution Big Twin models with 4-5/8" stroker flywheels. Comes complete with +.015" longer 3-5/8" Big Bore cylinders (special manifold not required), forged pistons, piston rings, rings wrist pins and a head & base gasket set. Compression ratio 9.75:1. Engine life can be expected to be good. Note: Crankcase spigots must be bored for 3-5/8" cylinders. 4-5/8" Stroker flywheels (like MCS 512363) with appropriate sprocket & pinion shaft must be purchased separately when required. Keep in mind that 89-99 models are equipped with the one-piece flywheel sprocket/pinion shaft construction. Note: 90-99 models will require a S&S pinion shaft conversion kit, like 904148.
