Used to detect cracked blocks, warped heads and bad head gaskets with water cooled engines. Connect detector to any vacuum line and place tapered section of tool into radiator opening. With engine running radiator vapors will pull through detector fluid and change color, from blue to yellow, when exhaust gasses are present.
