JIMS, balancer interconnect seal leak test tool

Used to check the condition of the new or old interconnect seal H-D 45359-00 / MCS 981195. If seal leaks an over oil condition in the lower end can be created, resulting in increased oil carry over. Testing seal is advised each time the cam support is re-installed.
