Will not fit stock Shovelheads. Designed for use with Evo style cam and S&S Evo tappets and tappet blocks for Shovelheads. Drilled, for use with 'through the pushrod' top-end oiling systems. Fits S&S SH-series motors and OEM Shovel with top-end oiling Evo style with S&S 512493 rocker arms, S&S Evo style tappets, tappet guides and an Evo B.T. style cam.
