Black gel coated. Designed for use in combination with extra wide 21 x 5.50" 'Bulldog' front wheels in combination with the OEM lower fork legs/sliders. Made of hand-laid unpainted black gel coated fiberglass that is very stiff, strong, straight and light. Comes complete with stiffening plates and installation hardware.
